Our developments reach from Potter Creek, bordering Chugach State Park and Potters Marsh in south Anchorage, to north of Palmer, seat of the Mat-Su Borough.

We have been the managing partners of Turnagain View Estates, Eastbrook, Kempton Park, Seclusion Bay, Brookwood Hills and Potter Creek subdivisions. Our previous condominium developments include Birch Knoll, Meadow View, Hillbrook and Bragaw Square.
Financing for our projects is obtained from local lenders, including Northrim Bank and First National Bank, and private investors.
