We are a residential land development company with communities in Anchorage, Eagle River, and Palmer, Alaska. We acquire undeveloped land, plan and get approved its entitlements, supervise the implementation of its infrastructure, and market and sell what we create which includes single family home sites and condominium developments.
We have the ability to purchase undeveloped land and also joint ventures with some of the leading land owners in the area, including native corporations, non-profits and Alaska homesteaders. Our developments reach from Potter Creek, bordering Chugach State Park and Potters Marsh in south Anchorage, to north of Palmer, seat of the Mat-Su Borough.
Our developments range from entry level condominiums to luxury single family homes. We have been the managing partners of Turnagain View Estates, Eastbrook, Kempton Park, Seclusion Bay, Brookwood Hills and Potter Creek subdivisions. Our previous condominium developments include Birch Knoll, Meadow View, Hillbrook and Bragaw Square.
Financing for our projects is obtained from local lenders, including Northrim Bank and First National Bank, and private investors. Some of Alaska’s most award winning builders build in our developments, including Hultquist Homes, the John Hagmeier Company, L & B Construction, Harding Homes, Spinell Homes, and The Petersen Group.
