Connie Yoshimura - Realtor/Residential Developer

Connie has been in residential sales, development and marketing for over three decades in Anchorage, Eagle River and the Mat-Su areas, specializing in new construction. Her single family developments include the popular Turnagain View Estates,Turnagain View Park, Eastbrook Subdivision, Potter Bluff in Potter Creek, Eagle Crossing and Heritage Estates in Eagle River and Seclusion Bay in Southport. Her condominium developments include Birch Knoll, Meadow View, Bragaw Square, Hillbrook and Seclusion Cove. In addition, Ms. Yoshimura has developed over 150 multi-family rental properties.

Ms. Yoshimura is currently working on developments in downtown Eagle River, Eagle Crossing, Glenn Abbey Square and Campbell Park Place Condominiums, next to the Campbell Creek greenbelt. Her community service includes serving as a member of the MOA Planning and Zoning Commission.

Her avocation is playwriting and she has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Writers’ Workshop at the University of Iowa, Iowa City. Her plays have received productions and/or staged readings in Los Angeles, New York City, Oklahoma City and her hometown of Anchorage, Alaska where she resides with her husband, Ric Davidge, project manager for CY Investments, LLC and two poodles, Karen and Hapa.

Nicolette S. Gibbs – Director of Sales & Marketing

Nicolette has lived in Anchorage for over 25 years and graduated from East High School. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Management and graduated magna cum laude. She has over nine years of real estate experience in Alaska, most recently with RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker. Nicolette’s motto is “old fashion customer service.” This is evident through her prompt return of phone calls and emails, a positive and upbeat attitude, effective communication, exceptional customer service and diligent recourse to ensure clients a successful transaction. With her savvy marketing and computer skills, she utilizes today’s technology to effectively advertise, market, and sell properties. Ava Anderson- Realtor

Prior to rejoining Connie Yoshimura and Associates, Ava worked for the University of Alaska Land Management Department where she managed, evaluated and developed University lands for investment and educational purposes. This included residential, recreational/commercial subdivisions; timber sales; land/building acquisitions and sales; residential/commercial leases; mineral leases; oil/gas leases; material sales; easements and permits.

Ava has worked in Real Estate for over 16 years including Colorado, California, Utah, New Mexico, Arkansas and Alaska where she has been associated with top selling teams. She has a true passion for the Real Estate industry and finds it rewarding to work with buyers and sellers throughout the home buying/selling process. Ava is a high-energy professional, who is focused on delivering quality of service, integrity and trust. She prides herself on communication, accessibility and integrity. Her sales experience, coupled with extensive real estate knowledge ensures your real estate needs will be carried out professionally, efficiently and personally.

In her spare time, Ava and her spouse enjoy kayaking, camping, fishing, jet skiing, downhill skiing, making wine and spending time with their Pekingese and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
